I had worked with one translator in the past, which was an ordeal and very expensive. Two years later, I found out I must have my wife's civil identity documents translated and notarized. My heart sank; I talked to one translator in Calgary, which was a disaster. After 2 long years of work in preparing immigration documents, I googled translators one Friday night and put a request in for a translation quote (honestly not expecting much after so many bad experiences). What happened after this, is hard to describe: Laura telephoned me because she was so moved by my situation. She said, "Send the documents and I will have them for you in 4 days." Impossible, I thought. Well, she delivered a product that blew my mind. It was better than the original documents, with translated Spanish Cuban Emblems of the Government agencies and a layout that I could not believe. As I was anxious to get them off to Immigration, she Fedex'ed them to me and I was able to send the package earlier than I thought possible. If I ever have a requirement, or a friend has a requirement for documents to be translated, they will not be able to talk to anyone until they talk to Laura...I will make certain of that!
